Please Repeat the Expletive

Censorship ruined this news story. Instead of taking a moment to educate the unenlightened, they just block out some letters.
‘Jou ma se’ is on everyone’s lips - South Africa News

The advocate who swore at a judge in court could literally eat his words if he wanted to – by placing an order for a “jou ma se burger” at a city restaurant.

Advocate Nehemiah Ballem is still under investigation by the Cape Bar Council after he told Judge Lee Bozalek: “Jou ma se p***, f*** you.”
What the fuck is that? I've got a pretty good idea what 'f*** you' means. I also feel fairly certain that the individual under investigation didn't pronounce it that way. You are a news organization. Quote the fucker properly!

But what are we to do with 'Jou ma se p***'? Since I don't know Afrikaans I can't even make a guess at the dirty word.

Urban Dictionary to the rescue. The online resource is unedited, has no peer review process, doesn't require any form of citations, has hordes of vastly inaccurate information, and just happens to be the best resource at hand for the given task.

Jou ma se POES, for those who care. Your mother's cunt. A fine foreign profanity, I must say. I still can't use it in casual conversation since I don't know the pronunciation. Just another failure of Urban Dictionary. Not nearly as big as the failure of the Cape Argus to properly quote someone.
