Deeply Disturbing - "Things are a lot worse than we thought." (Edited)

The first 1.5 minutes are kinda boring, but the quote (read from just before 2:15 to just after 2:45) is really scary.

I'd like to research the quote more thoroughly, but I can't quite make out the name of the congressman that Nader is quoting. The first page of google links about the quote is completely useless, as the links give no context or supporting info.

EDIT: The congressman's name is Olver. Here's an interesting opinion I stumbled across trying to learn more:
The clip is of a Ralph Nader speech where Nader quotes US Representative John Olver (D-MA, who also has a PhD from MIT) who bluntly says that if impeachment hearings are started that Bush will declare martial law and then postpone the 2008 elections.

Nader notes "things are a lot worse than we thought".

Could Olver's view -- along with the 2001 anthrax mailings (which, remember, happened to only Democrats) -- be a key reason for the spinelessness of Pelosi and the Democrats?

Armed with his name, I was able to google up some more:

Amherst Bulletin:
The activists do not buy the argument that Congress cannot impeach Cheney and Bush and get other things done as well.

"During Nixon's impeachment, Congress succeeded in passing the Environmental Protection Act and significant civil rights legislation," Carpenter said. "To say that Congress can't chew gum and walk at the same time is a disservice to Congress."

Olver, in 2005, was one of 38 members of Congress to sign House Resolution 635, calling for an investigation of the Bush administration's war and to make recommendations regarding grounds for possible impeachment.

Some area activists were disappointed, therefore, that Olver has not signed on to House Resolution 333 to impeach Cheney, despite saying at the meeting with constituents that he could envision the United States attacking Iran and Bush declaring martial law, suspending the 2008 elections.

An unsourced quote on a blog :
"Bob Feuer heard US Congressman John Olver say Bush will bomb Iran, declare Marshall Law and suspend the 2008 elections. Bob Feuer is a Democratic challenger to John Olver for the 1st Congressional District in Massachusetts."

But a little more searching turned up the source of the comment:

What do you think is going on? I can think of several possibilities, myself.

And why hasn't this been explored by main stream media? If it's a lie, it should be exposed. If he actually said it, it should be explored. Whether that reveals he's crazy, was trying to scare his constituents into shutting up, or there's a real conspiracy going on, which ever proves to be truth it should be big news.
