That movie I was in

While "James Bondage 006.9 in A View To A Clone 2: In The Mouth Of Cloneness" was an instant classic that took far too many weekends to film,
...I'm happy to say it wasn't actually the biggest production I've ever been involved in.

That would be Black, coming soon to a theatre near... well, at least a theatre in Albuquerque, but I hope it'll get picked up for wider distribution.

I played the part of Sy. Sy is a very conflicted grad-student working for a mad scientist. Since I was very unhappy at my job at the time the movie was filmed, it was all too easy to get into character. The dailies I saw were, to toot my own horn, damnably awesome.

My lovely wife was also featured in the film. She played Nerissa, a character in the other reality. Saying that much is a tease, but to say more might be revealing too much.

No this film?

Admittedly, that film to which you link did have a huge effect budget...

...they stacked sugarcubes for weeks... days even.

Speaking of which, I don't have the third one. You know, with the really good actor taking the part of the Tim Forbes / Andrew Crosby role.

Do you still have that one? Any chance you could put it up on the net for all and sundry to see?

...you know, the good actor. I think he was a monkey puppet. And I don't mean Charleton Heston.
