Study indicates that looking at breasts cuts the risk of stroke and heart attack in half

Apparently I've been working out several hours a day without even realizing it.
The researchers supposedly found that staring at women's breasts for 10 minutes is 'as healthy as half an hour in the gym.' A 'five-year study' showed that men who copped a look had 'lower blood pressure, less heart disease and slower pulse rates (than) those who did not get their daily eyeful.'
Okay, so it turns out this is a hoax. But then why have all the men in my family lived healthily into their 90's without any regular exercise? Why have we all managed to keep youthful appearances while never setting foot in a gym? The truth is out there!
