The LEDs offer high luminance, a full 140 degree viewing angle, water-clear lenses, and are available in amber, blue, green, red, cool white (7,000K), and day white (5,500K). The Series exhibits dc forward current of 0.35 A, with a peak-pulsed forward current of 1 A. Typical forward voltages range from 2.0 to 3.3 V (color dependent), and reverse voltage for all devices is 5 V. Maximum junction temperature is 130C and thermal resistance is 2C/W. Operating temperature is –50 to 84C.
