PCAE threatened (again)

Summary: To take effect July 2011. PCAE made into charter school, cutting off residential program... not sure about PDR yet...

My response...

1. Anger.
2. Throws something.
   
3. This hasn't been voted on yet, there is time to change this.
4. Gee, I wonder if this is like a red herring or somesuch. Perhaps, someone forgot to go shopping before the potlock and said, "ooh here, we'll throw PCAE on the barby so it looks like I contributed to the meaningful debate that needs to take place over the MN budget."
5. Insert meaningful repeated expletives here.
