Fourth Amendment Violation

Not to mention possible violations of the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments.

American citizen detained for three days, told his papers were fake, and threatened to be sent back to a country from which he did not originate. Sucks to be brown.

Let me preface this by saying this shouldn't have happened. Then let me point out some facts:

1. This man was arrested for auto theft, not being brown.

2. He was held under Federal Immigration laws, not Arizona state laws. Even though this video is meant as an anti-Arizona propaganda piece.

3. Most illegals have forged documents so it doesn't surprise me that officials thought they were forged.

4. This isn't new. Remember Cheech and Chongs 'Born in East L.A.?'

1. An American citizen was illegally detained after bail was posted.

2. Neither I nor the video ever mentions Arizona.

3. Does this mean authorities should assume my and your driver's licenses are forged?

4. The fact that it continues to happen means the process needs revision, not reinforcement.

5. A bit defensive aren't we?

As I stated, this shouldn't have happened. This citizen's detention was longer then it should have been after posting bail. I'm sure the local taxpayers will be paying him some $
