Bush Insider Who Planned To Tell All Killed In Plane Crash: Non-Profit Demands Full Federal InvestigationI have a gut reaction to the Velvet Revolution that is completely unfounded and unsupported. Just a hunch, really.
On October 31, Mr. Connell appeared before a federal judge in Ohio after being subpoenaed in a federal lawsuit investigating the rigging of the 2004 election under the direction of Karl Rove. The judge ordered Mr. Connell to testify under oath at a deposition on November 3rd, the day before the presidential election. How'd I miss this post till today?
Actually, I don't think I missed it, I think I just read Jake's comments about the Velvet Revolution, and completely missed the quoted part that Connell had died - 'cause I totally remembered that he'd disparaged them. Damn. I'm losing it.
It was December, and I was on Holiday. Yeah, that's it, that's how I'll dismiss my stupidity. Blame the freakin' holidays. Yeah. That's the ticket.
