Y'know, I don't really have anything to say about this topic. It's not like I have some amazing insight about the dozen or so pizzerias in Seattle that feature Hummus and Dolmathes and Spanikopita on their menu. They exist, and that's pretty cool. But I've got nothing really worth sharing with anyone who doesn't live in Seattle. And, as good as they are, the greek-influenced pizzerias have nothing on the place that makes the spicy Tofu Tikka Masala Pizza. Freakin' amazing.
Honestly, I'm only posting because I feel guilty about pretty much abandoning this blog (and, indeed, the internet) while working on the novel.
