Every so often a co-worker can really surprise me. The two of us had been throwing sarcasms back and forth when he hit me with this one.

Him: I see (he) is on the case.

Me: Yeah. (He's) a real go-getter.

Him: Watch out. He has that look in his eyes, like a jaguar about to fall asleep.

One of those rare moments where I spontaneously burst into laughter.
