It occurred to me that most of our readers probably haven't taken the time to read the Articles of Impeachment. It's a big long document, that took 5 hours to read on the House floor. But conveniently, it includes an index at the beginning, which lays out the 35 High Crimes and Misdemeanors that the President stands accused of.

The full Articles include sources and documentation for each of the above allegations. The Articles currently reside with the House Judiciary Committee, which is tasked with investigating this, but may well choose to do nothing (they sat on the earlier articles vs Cheney). Kucinich and Wexler have vowed to keep representing until they do something with it. It took 5 hours to read aloud the 35 articles, if the Judiciary Committee fails to take action within 30 days, they plan to resubmit a new Impeachment document with 60 articles.
