googlelagging
My google homepage is currently lagging nearly 48 hours behind. For example, it claims "Mechanics of Diplomacy" is the most recent post here, when in reality there are 6 (now 7) other posts in the two days since then. Same thing with other blogs and news sources. Until this week, it never really lagged more than a couple hours. Maybe I'd just never noticed?

Mine is the same and it is an odd occurrence for certain. Never been more than half a day behind.
On the 5th, Google added a bloglist RSS feed feature to the options you can put on your blogs. Maybe, in the process, they changed some of the code to how their RSS feeds are compiled?
That, or it's all a plot against us! I'm putting on my tinfoil hat, just to be safe.
