Reverse Vampires?

It seems that in Portland all the freaks come out on Sunday mornings. Or maybe they are all still up from Saturday night's acid binge. Regardless, it serves as a reminder that Portland does have a relatively high density of weirdness.

So why don't we see the same saturation the rest of the week? I've developed a crackpot theory about this. It doesn't have a lot to do with the weirdos. Instead the general herd population is either in church feigning morality or sleeping in and hiding from God for the sins they committed the night before.

I have yet to see any that stayed on the ground for more than 20 minutes.
