Since the above video was made, he's decided not to run for the unexpectedly vacant slot. Basically, he did some polls and decided he couldn't actually beat Speier in the time frame of the special election. If he lost, Fox News would spin it as a failure of his concept, not the reality of a less than 30-day campaign vs a popular opponent.

I don't want to abolish Congress. I just want them to leave me alone.
