The Veronica cover was on Ain't No Dance Floor Wide Enough. I converted my copy of that to MP3 so I can make a CD of it and include it in your 'Thank You' package.
I work with a Mexican gal named Veronica. She's the only gal at work who has her own theme music whenever I see her.
Wow. I'm envious of your cool old school music collection. All I've got is my the self-titled Loin Groove, and I've only got it on tape, but I lost my cassette player in the move.
I listened to the tracks at woodpecker's site - it's good, but it lacks the "groove" part. I can appreciate the wit and oddball charm of the tracks, but don't expect they'll ever get stuck in my head the way loin groove does. While it's still got Josh's zaniness ("thank god for Eminem making slapping bitches cool again" is a great line) there's only so often I find myself in the mood for folk/americana/bluegrass.
On a tangent: The"blue grass version of Sex In The City" comment cracked me up.

YES!! Is this the one with the Veronica cover?
I continue to heart Josh Steinbauer. Have you heard any Woodpecker?
I still have this on cassette.

I also have Limbokrisp, My Friend Stu, and My Friend Gerry's Flower Groove converted to MP3.
PS Jake, I thought that you'd given me ANDFWE, but I can't find it.

Oh - and I have not idea who the guy was whose My Space page had this track on it. He didn't look familiar at all.

Funny. There are several people who have Loin Groove listed in their favorite bands... the guy who posted the video, though, tagged it as "found."
Heh. I still have this on cassette, too. :)
