My favorite goth/punk/alt strip club, Devil's Point, has recently opened a satellite location within stumbling distance of my home! Granted I have a longer stumbling distance than a lot of people, but it still makes me very happy. The Lucky Devil Lounge will be smoke free, but that could actually be a good thing.
Now I feel like a lucky devil.

As a long-time regular (and brand new dancer), I'm excited that the DP empire will be expanded...and there seem to be a lot of new faces at Lucky Devil.

When a popular place decides to expand it is a risky venture. They can lose focus and all of their establishments go to shit. Or they can become infected with the starbucks virus and open shop after shop that are all just pale clones of the original. That particular location has had a tumultuous recent history. I think it changes name just about every year.
With all that said, I hope it works out well for Lucky Devil.
And Mirage, if you're working Saturday the 23rd I've got a whole group I've talked into checking it out. We'd love to see you there.
