Is this a trick question?

When asked about Bush's veto of the intelligence authorization act, his young hot (in a frigid, high-maintenance sort of way) Press Secretary, Dana Perino answered that the bill would have repealed the "enhanced interrogation program", to which she added:
And I think that everyone will just have to put it to a -- they'll have to ask themselves, do you trust the intelligence community more than you trust Democrats who are beholden to their left wing? And that's the debate that this country is going to have.
Um... No, I don't trust the intelligence community any more than I trust the Democrats, which is to say that I trust them about as much as I trust used car salesmen, itinerant preachers, sub-prime mortgage brokers, and bleached-blonde neo-con trophy-wives.

I trust used car salesmen more than politicians and spies.

You're right. My apologies to used car salesmen everywhere. While they may lie to you, they can't force you to buy anything you don't want to.
