Tilted

My favorite ride is the Tilt-A-Whirl.

I realize it has no bells or whistles, it doesn't turn you upside down, or make you think you're going to crash into another car, or dangle you 120 feet above the fairgrounds, or any of the other things that typically make for a cool ride. As primitive as it is, it's one of the few rides I feel is worth getting on.

What it does have is Chaos Theory and rider-interactivity. You are responsible for your own ride experience. You can influence it, but no one / nothing truly "controls" it. If you sit there like a dead fish, you'll be bored to tears. But if you strategically throw your weight at just the right moments, you'll fling puke better than any other technology known to man.

Plus, it's one of the few rides that accommodates really long legs with no discomfort or danger.
