That video completely understates the intensity Shannon always had on stage. I love the Cows. During the age of grunge they played actual punk that didn't sound like every other punk band out there. Movie Madness has a video of them performing at CBGB's.

Wow, a blast from the past! I used to know the drummer from Vertigo who used to warm them up alot. Good find.
