Stoopid!

Quick disclosure here. I used to raise Angus. In fact, as an FFA project I started the Angus herd my dad continues to raise. I will do my best to remain objective.

Sometimes advertising is so incredibly stupid. Who comes up with this shit? Some idiot working for Jack in the Box decides people are dumb enough to fall for this. Even sadder, I'm betting people will. Carl's Jr, which has their 100% Angus beef burgers, is so scared of people being that stupid that they have filed suit against Jack in the Box over the ads.

For those of you who don't know, sirloin is a cut of beef, Angus is a breed of beef animal. It is entirely possible that a 100% sirloin burger would also be a 100% Angus burger. I told you I have raised Angus, but Jack never tells you that his sirloin burger might actually be Angus. LIES! DECEPTION! ETC!

As far as the Jack in the Box claim of 'Angus breath' (from same internet ad but not shown here), there wouldn't be any difference in the smell Angus beef leaves on your breath compared to other breeds of beef. It might be possible to detect a very slight difference in the after breath left by beef determined by what the animal ate during its life, but I would challenge even my Bloodhound to determine the difference. I guarantee you he would want what I was eating regardless. Then again, he likes to sniff other dogs' butts. Just doing my best to remain objective.
