Bush job rating hits record low

President George W. Bush's approval rating has dropped to 29 percent in an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll released on Wednesday, his lowest mark ever in that survey, which also found only 23 percent approved of the job Congress was doing.

Every time I see poll numbers like these I wonder if other countries can claim that 29% of their population is made up of morons. To be fair, I'm assuming that those who approve of Congress are part of the same crowd. Worst case scenario, which I suspect may be the case, the morrons are a majority.
